Cells Sync corrupts files and is unstable on Linux and Windows

at first thanks für pydio cell server, that works very well with web interface and is a nice piece of software.
But Cell Sync is unstable, does have connection issues and corrupts files very often.
Also S3 does not work properly because of disconnections (endpoint not found)

My question is, is there any chance in the near future to have bullet proof Cells Sync ?

Would be so nice.

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting :-)
It's hard to answer the question without more context! Many users are using cells-sync without issues, but of course it all depends on many parameters... namely your server volumetry (hardware sizing, number/size of documents), if everything is up-to-date, your desktop OS, etc...
Do you have specific scenarii that cells-sync does not like? Please report them!

hi all software is uptodate
Server itself is on debian 12 with your docker image and minio S3 server
I have Windows 11 with cells-sync desktop
I have Ubuntu 10.23 with cells-sync desktop
I have Arch fully updated with cells-sync desktop.
A lot of errors occurs when opening cells-sync desktop:
ERROR systray http://localhost:3636/static js/main.6aac3b50.chunk.js?WB_REVISION=7d6d77508e11a968d34e:1:142706: CONSOLE LOG [object Object]

but also endpoint not found after starting the desktop client occurs when S3 is connected.
Please help

I have a quite similar setup. Server is (still) running Debian/bullseye + Docker Image pydio/cells:4.3.4.
Desktop is Debian/bookworm.

I haven't seen corrupt files so far, but quite a lot of ERROR systray messages (which I already reported in #42) and a lot of the following (every 30s or so):

I am having the same issue. I have installed Cells Sync on Windows 10 while Cells is running on Linux (Fedora). I have used Bidirectional mode, I chose a local folder and a folder on the Cells server. It worked for the first sync, but after a few days, all new files started to be created in the local folder, and then started complaining about corrupted files and then network error, can not connect to the Cells server while the browser works fine.
