Add code snippets + Pubnub initialization utility method (#119)

* adapt C# samples for Unity, add PubnubUnityUtils.NewUnityPubnub() utility method

* move snippets to be excluded from package export

* import latest C# DLL

* PubNub SDK v9.1.0 release.
