How to build docs?

What are the requirements to build the documentation?

If I call make, I get this error:
sphinx-build2: command not found

Maybe some instructions could be added to the README?

Changing in the Makefile sphinx-build2 with sphinx-build solved it for me. And you need before sudo pip2 install sphinx

But then I get: ImportError: No module named sphinx_rtd_theme

which was fixed with: sudo pip2 install sphinx_rtd_theme
