Create notebook for comparing nml & neuron - using matplotlib

Based on https://github.com/openworm/NicolettiEtAl2024_MN_IN/blob/test_channels2/nml_vs_neuron.ipynb, but smaller when saved

Note @dakoshtut make sure to pull in my latest changes today, as there was an issue with the nml files not being valid. The test now pass on the test_channels2 branch: https://github.com/openworm/NicolettiEtAl2024_MN_IN/actions.

BTW, it may be best if this notebook is located in the NeuroML folder.

Thank you. I have updated the code and moved the file to the NeuroML folder. The file now is much lighter.
