Is there a way to run mods from the jakmods.dev site through the Decky Plugin? If not, are there plans to implement this?

Not possible at this time, and I doubt it would be added in the decky plugin since the plugin is pretty barebones. Some people have had success running the launcher on steam deck, which would let you play mods

No plans to implement this. The plan is for steamdeck users to migrate to the launcher, however there are some linux compatibility issues with the launcher preventing that. See open-goal/launcher#722.
