CommServer.DA.Server - create installation package - working on setup

- added CAS.CommServer.DataProvider.Package to the installation package.
- upgraded to new CommonBus version\
- changed installation version
- removed mixed procesor architecture - all projects are `all cpu`
- changed product name to CommServer.DA.Server
- prepared to clean checkout test.
