Tool to inlude njproj project in sln file by CLI

Expected Behavior

slngen should include nodejs project successfully. if any other CLI tool does that also i am fine, you can tell that tool

Actual Behavior

it is producing error
C:\Users\Ajith\Documents\project\Sample\SampleNode\SampleNode\SampleNode.njsproj : error : The build project should have been initialized before calling PreCreateForOuter.

Is that feature added to slngen ? or anyother tool if so could u kindly advise a solution for it ?

Below is the command and project built.
slngen -o Test.sln SampleNode

• NTVS Version: latest
• Visual Studio Version: VS 17.1.0 , 2022
• Node.js Version: 16.14.0

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install slngen
2. slngen -o Test.sln SampleNode
