My Extension update does not get approved.

The extension provides one-click access to the archive(Wayback Machine) of the webpage opened on a tab. While submitting an update, I am told the review failed because of:

I would like to know which documentation on the Internet says that the Wayback Machine provides unauthorized content?

My Extension already is active on Chrome store with 1K+ users.
