When will the official version of CsWinRT 2.3 be released?

According to a post by @Sergio0694 on the X platform, CsWinRT 2.3 is expected to release a stable version in early 2026 (possibly in January), but it's already February (Beijing time) today, and there is still no news about CsWinRT 2.3.

We are indeed due for a release. I had been holding it to see if there are any other assembly version impacting fixes (API additions) that we may need to make. I will review the remaining open bugs this week to see if there are any that fall in that category that we should try to get in and if not, I will start the process to get a release out.

Perhaps the Windows SDK projection should be updated. According to the changelog, some WinRT APIs have been updated.
