Update to version 2.0.0.0 with new features

Updated `CHANGELOG.MD` to reflect version 2.0.0.0 with a release date of `11-09-2025`. Added certificate monitoring functionality (`CertificateMonitor` class and `CertificateStatus` form) and a timestamp server management system (`TimestampServerEditForm`).

Updated `SignToolGUI Installer.aip`:
- Changed `CreateVersion` to 23.0 and `ProductVersion` to 2.0.0.0.
- Updated Visual Studio paths and added new dependencies (e.g., `System.IO.Pipelines.dll`).
- Updated `ProductCode`, `UpgradeCode`, and various installer components (`MsiPropsComponent`, `MsiFilesComponent`, `MsiDirsComponent`, etc.).
- Improved compatibility and upgrade handling.

Added `SignToolGUI Installer.back(22.5).aip` as a backup of the previous installer configuration.
