Scrum Master Team Members are not able to view the feedback list

My Issue

I have an issue with the Mendix Portal > App Insights > Feedback, where the content is visible to me (as a Scrum Master and Technical Contact in Environments), but my other team mates, who are Scrum Masters, are not able to view the contents of the Feedback. Additionally, the feedback is somehow not visible to the feedback submitter when it is closed, and they could not check the content after click on the link from the auto-generated email from the feedback module.
