Test IncludeOS DHCP server with Linux dhclient

Note: Works on a linux distributions that have dhclient and route. $INCLUDEOS_PREFIX/includeos/scripts/create_bridge.sh must be run prior to the test.

Run test: sudo -E ./test.py
