Delete AndroidAPIComplaints.md

Opinions are nice and well. I still have a number of complaints about how relatively immature and hard to use the ``RecyclerView`` (scrolling and animation, in particular) is to use even for re-usable data patterns that recur often. Now that things are working (for the most part), I will retract this file from the main repo. No need to bite myself in the ass on a future software related job spec over pointing out futile complaints and petty developer grievances about Android things that will never change.
