Python libs missing natively on Windows Arm64

These lists are designed to prioritize libraries that need to be fixed for Python development natively on WoA.
Based on this public list of top 1000 python packages by downloads. Orange 11% packages were investigated by automatic tests.

As of Dec 15, 2025, these lists are only the 7% of top 1000, the rest 93% already have native wheels or don't need them.

⬛ - No Win binaries / other hard block
❌ - No win_arm64 binaries/wheels available on PyPi
⁉️ - No response from maintainers
🟡 - Contribution was accepted, waiting for PyPi release
✅ - Globally available via PyPi

If you are already working on some of these libraries or just starting, here's how you can help others track your progress:

1. Request access to this repo in the comments.
2. Create a sub-issue with package name.
3. Copy all information from table and and sync any additional.
4. Work and share your progress in the issue. The issue can be closed only after the wheel lands on PyPi.

@lowkeyrossi definitely. Just scan the first table or second and take anything where no PRs. Create the sub issue with package name, assign yourself to it and share the progress there.

FWIW, skia-python had WoA support in m138. The issue was closed skia-python/skia-python#318 . It was dependent on numpy, which had 2.3 0 released with WoA support.

No, but you can see I contributed the numpy pull for WoA. (Because skia-python depends on numpy). That was my first ever contribution to numpy.

Thanks, I am pretty good with nlp modules, so you can assign me tokenizer and tiktoken. I could see both depends on rust toolchain from CI.
