[JENKINS-75940] Tooltip for full file path is stuck whilst searching

In the Files tab of the Coverage Report the tooltip for the full file path keeps being visible / being stuck, when typing something into the Search.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Click into the search.
2. Hover over an file entry to see its full path tooltip.
3. Now type something into the search, while still hovering over the entry.
4. The tooltip keeps being there.

Setup:

• Jenkins version: 2.520-jdk21
• Coverage plugin version: 2.6.0

  Tooltips are created using Bootstraps tooltip feature. I have no idea how to fix that.
