How do I remap keybindings

I use colemak as my keyboard layout instead of qwerty, so I would like to remap the movement keys.
From reading the readme I can see how to create a custom widget and bind a key to that, but I can't figure out how to map 'n' to 'j' for example. I would appreciate it if someone might be able to explain how I could go about doing that. Thank you in advance.
