GEOM file is read only

Hi,

Thank you for your work on DiffLinker

I ran into an issue while following the instructions in the data/geom README. When I try the following command:

wget https://dataverse.harvard.edu/api/access/datafile/4327252 -O $GEOMDRUGS/rdkit_folder.tar

I get the following error:

/rdkit_folder.tar: Read-only file system

Would it be possible to look into the folder permissions, or advise if there's a workaround?

Also, I was wondering if it's possible to access the SMILES strings corresponding to the GEOM train/val/test splits.
