AI (GPT 5.4 Thinking) seems to not readily understand support matrix for Dependabot cool down option

It got confused and thought GitHub Actions supported SemVer cooldowns when it does not at this document

Not sure what the better format would be, but something that is unmistakable should also be added for current AI models to read, the support matrix is ok for humans.

Additional information

AI is not deterministic but it failed every time in clean chats with no custom instructions.

@Frulfump Thanks for opening an issue! Our tables all follow pre-determined standards, and we don't look at reworking tables on a case-by-case basis, but rather holistically. Since for the most part the tables are legible to AI, we aren't going to be updating our standards at this time.
