It got confused and thought GitHub Actions supported SemVer cooldowns when it does not at this document

Not sure what the better format would be, but something that is unmistakable should also be added for current AI models to read, the support matrix is ok for humans.
Additional information
AI is not deterministic but it failed every time in clean chats with no custom instructions.

Good catch. The docs page is a bit awkwardly parsed in text form, and I over-read the table.
