rn-133: drop the git-ssb mention (seems dead)
The scuttlebot.io domain has expired (the link lands on registrar's parking page) and the git-ssb GitHub repo[1] only contains a README.md linking to the now expired domain. [1] https://github.com/clehner/git-ssb
