[BUG] [DPP Tutorial] Add example on how to register data in the discovery service

We forgot to include a description on how to register the Discovery Services data for the local deployemnt of the DPP.

Maybe would be an idea to provide a helm chart with teh discovery services configured, so that the local deployment is easy.

Current Behavior

Hard to deploy in local

Expected Behavior

Create a dpp umbrella helm chart with the discovery services configured.
