Bug: page navigation on treasury page does not function correctly

To reproduce the bug: Visit http://localhost:7777/treasury?chart=balance&zoom=knj6ts00-mbykfwg0&bin=month&n=20&start=0&txntype=tspend



Then, scroll to the footer and click on page 2.



Expected page 2 table data for only treasury spend, instead page 2 of all treasury transactions are displayed (a total of 21464 pages)



The same thing happens with every other transaction type except for those that have just one page(tadds).



This is a 4-year-old bug introduced in c487f20.
