Add support for unbounded integers

This would dynamically allocate storage to hold the result and interoperate seamlessly with bounded::integer.

Are you aware of https://github.com/eisenwave/std-big-int/ ? Arbitrary width is quite an undertaking. Depending on this or similar might be preferable, a stop gap, or a useful test reference.
