Dragging a command block shows outline for the other command blocks

When a command block is dragging from the actions panel on the left side, all the other command blocks get outline around them. It seems like when a command block is dragging, all the command blocks get command-block--dragged class appended to them and the outline is from the class style. Expected behaviour would be that command-block--dragged class should only apply to the block that's being dragged.
