Why are some element partials?

Some parts such as the form, row, range filter etc are partials which are loaded from the form_builder.rb
Why only those and not for example the dynamic filter.
We like to style inputs our self as we can make sure they are the same everywhere.
And for example add extra information

I think its a good idea. The reason it is so is that dynamic filter is not very popular. I wouldn't be surprised if you would be the only person who want to use it in production.

I am open to PR extracting this part to a view.
