How to implement an onetime init class/object similar to ArrowHelper

Hi,
My web site uses Firebase and SDK 3.0 which requires onetime initialize.
Is there any way to implement a class similar to ArrowHelper and then plug into the system. The object will be initialized onetime as system up then shared to all routes.
