Prefect Cloud Authentication

On prefect cloud, go to your account drop down (top right), click Account Settings, then on the left panel choose API Keys. Then click CREATE AN API KEY on the page
Once you have prefect installed, run the following to authenticate with the chosen tenant: prefect auth login --key <your key>
