V2 for performance dashboard

Currently https://estuary.tech/ecosystem needs the following front-end fixes:

• add a mobile nav
• add a footer
• add animated icons to the performance statistics
• add a peak header with bolder typography to describe what the page is about
• use a more consistent font for the headings & improve the copy on the page
• Add padding and border "On Chain" and "Sealed" visual representation to better visualize the numbers
• add small icons to the Deals table for errors, deals, stats
