Add documentation on how to run the Burr UI server

There is no section in the documentation on how to run the Burr UI server.

Describe the solution you'd like

1. create a section in the documentation about the UI.
2. provide details on installation
3. how to run it
4. document optional commands, e.g. creating demo data or not
5. document what one can do with the UI: see things by project, run some demos, etc.

This should be the reference documentation to point someone to how to install / run things.

My name is Serafin Gargantiel and I am currently take CodePath AI301 program and I have chosen this as my candidate issue for the program! I would like to work on this. If anything, I would be happy to start exploring the Burr UI server this week and try to understand how it works.

Any pointers on where to start in the codebase would be appreciated!

I've opened PR #810 to address this. It adds a dedicated docs/concepts/ui.rst page covering installation, CLI options, UI features with step-by-step instructions, notebook launch, and FastAPI embedding.
