we are not able to delete project from AO (windows), please someone test it on macOS and linux as well

Project removal currently depends on successful teardown of all live project sessions. If any non-terminated session has incomplete metadata, specifically missing RuntimeHandleID or workspace path, Kill returns ErrIncompleteHandle. That aborts the whole project removal, so the project remains in the sidebar.

This is likely not Windows-specific in the backend logic. Windows may be where the bad session state is easiest to hit, but the failure condition is platform-Independent once an incomplete live session exists.
