It looks like an error in xym. The rfcstrip does not produce same behavior.

Yeah, this is seems to be more for @einarnn to review in his capacity as xym maintainer. Then, I'd have to update yc.o.

Where can I find yc.o? What is it? I searched for automation generating the commits in the ietf-tools/yang but found nothing.

yc.o is shorthand for yangcatalog.org. It's backend is what handles extracting the modules and updating the git repo.

This was fixed by the automatic YANG Catalog job in #1728. yc.o is now running with the fixed xym.
