A genetic algorithm solution to the Modular Exam Scheduling Problem
This program uses the solution to the MESP outlined in "Solving the Modular Exam Scheduling Problem with Genetic Algorithms," by Dave Corne, Hsiao-Lan Fang, and Chris Mellish to optimize a final exam schedule for The Cooper Union.
