ProCaller - Data Deletion Request

Delete Your Data

You can request deletion of some or all of your data from ProCaller without closing your account.

Processing Time: Within 7 days

What You Can Delete

You can request deletion of:

  • Conversation History - All or specific conversation summaries and messages
  • Domain Numbers - Individual or all domain numbers and their content
  • Analytics Data - Usage statistics and performance metrics
  • Saved Contacts - Domain numbers saved in your app
  • All Your Data - Complete data deletion while keeping account active
  • Your Entire Account - See our Account Deletion Policy

How to Request Data Deletion

Send an Email

To: rkverma@sherdeepai.com
Subject: "Data Deletion Request"

Include:

  • Your registered email address
  • What data you want deleted
  • Specific details (domain numbers, date ranges, etc.)

Example Email

To: rkverma@sherdeepai.com
Subject: Data Deletion Request

Hello,

Please delete the following data from my account:

Email: myemail@example.com
Delete: All conversation history older than 6 months

Thank you

Processing Timeline

  1. Send your request to rkverma@sherdeepai.com
  2. We verify your identity (usually within 24 hours)
  3. We process deletion within 7 days
  4. You receive confirmation via email when complete

Important Notes

⚠️ Deletions are permanent - We cannot recover deleted data
⚠️ No refunds - Deleting active domains doesn't trigger refunds
⚠️ Export first - Download your data before requesting deletion if you want to keep a copy
