Signing packages

The mod_auth_openidc packages are signed, but these mod_oauth2 packages are not, nor is liboauth2 (a mod_oauth2 dependency).

Given the fact that the oauth2 logic is now here (per the links below), can these packages please be signed and the PGP key provided?
