docs: Update screenshots

This commit updates the screenshots for the project.

- **feat**: Replaced old `.jpg` screenshots (`mobile_home.jpg`, `mobile_search.jpg`, `mobile_details.jpg`, `mobile_details_install.jpg`) with new, higher-quality `.jpeg` images.
- **chore**: Renamed screenshots to a numerical sequence (`01.jpeg` to `06.jpeg`) for better organization.
