NethLink: annoying popup loses focus on active winow on Linux

Steps to reproduce

• Install NethLink AppImage on Linux and open it
• Login to a NethServer CTI

Expected behavior

When a call is received a popup appears, losing focus to any other window and focusing the popup

Actual behavior

Randomly every X amout of time a popup appears doing some audio sync or something, losing focus to any other window and then closes automatically
