Description
Two minor UI/UX issues in NetVoice CTI:
- When the CTI window is narrowed horizontally and the left menu is opened via the hamburger icon, menu entries are shown in English instead of the configured locale.
- When setting a default ringing device (including Web Phone), the “default” label/text is rendered outside its tooltip/bubble.
Steps to reproduce
-
Open NetVoice CTI in a browser.
-
Resize the CTI window to the minimum horizontal width (very narrow).
-
Click the hamburger icon (top-left) to expand the left menu.
-
Observe the language of the menu entries.
-
Open CTI settings/preferences where ringing devices can be selected.
-
Set any ringing device (e.g., Web Phone) as default.
-
Observe the rendering of the “default” label/text in the tooltip/bubble.
Expected behavior
- Menu entries should remain in the configured language regardless of window width.
- The “default ringing device” label/text should stay inside the tooltip/bubble and be fully readable.
Actual behavior
- At minimum horizontal width, opening the left menu shows entries in English.
- The “default ringing device” label/text overflows outside the tooltip/bubble (also observed when setting Web Phone as default).
