The response content cannot be parsed because the Internet Explorer engine is not available, or Internet Explorer's first-launch configuration is not complete. Specify the UseBasicParsing parameter and try again

I managed to kinda fix it by using the -UseBasicParsing on every Invoke-WebRequest

Did you use the old PowerShell or PowerShell Core? Can you paste the output of $PSVersionTable?

The issue should not occur in PowerShell Core and the legacy PowerShell should not be used anymore.
