Update service account configuration notes
Clarified the note regarding service account limitations on domain controllers and emphasized the use of Configuration Manager for reconfiguring service account information.

To view and reconfigure service account information, always use the [!INCLUDE[ssRSnoversion](../../includes/ssrsnoversion-md.md)] Configuration Manager. Service identity information is stored internally in multiple locations. When you use the tool, all references are updated accordingly whenever you change the account or password. The [!INCLUDE[ssRSnoversion](../../includes/ssrsnoversion-md.md)] Configuration Manager performs the following extra steps to ensure the report server remains available:
