Improve reference tools tab

• Change title to "reference tools"
• Add patient's age field, when clicked and edited, it should pull automatically the age matched brain model
• Healthy reference template should give the option to choose the closest normal, the general population atlas, or the corresponding age atlas (Radiobutton kind of groupbox).
• Brain model data should be added as resources to the module, it includes a collection of vtk models and a cvs that can be parsed to find the age matched brain to the patient's skull
