add arm support so chatgpt can stop spreading false information

Please I beg of you since chatgpt has been getting on my nerves and saying the this supports arm and when I say it doesn't it says it does when I know it doesn't so please can we at least add support of r raspberry pi 5 or can y'all make open AI fix the problem with chatgpt now being less fun and more of a pain for me to use and for everyone to use I only came here since this is my last hope.

The hashlink runtime can be compiled on arm and can be used with hlc. It's just jit support that is missing on arm.

There is a PR to implement it #895, so it's not a question of needing to generate the code and putting it in. It has to fit in with the wider roadmap of the project, and the jit architecture is currently up for refactoring: #911. See Nicolas' comment: #895 (comment).

The misinformation issue is a problem for openai.
