[WinGet/MSStore] Can't enable "Run automatically at system startup" option

Describe the bug
When installed via the recommended WinGet (also MS Store) method, the option "Run automatically at system startup" can't be enabled.

Clicking on it just don't turn it to "On", it stays stuck in "Off".

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open 'FancyWM' serttings
2. Go to 'General'
3. Click on the 'Run automatically at system startup' option (on the "Off" unchecked checkbox
4. The checkbox stays at "Off" and don't get checked at all.

Expected behavior
The options is checked and in "On" value, and the program is starting automatically at startup

Note: It happenswith or without "administrator privileges"
