The feedback:
At least for the recordings, put the presentation over the top of the upper left corner of the camera feed. Sometimes there is relevant content in the bottom right of the slides, but in the top left of the camera is often just wall, or even the presentation slides itself

Makes sense to do this, either in voctomix or fazantix.

Not so sure. Bottom right is standard for a reason. The choice of position of camera versus slides will always piss off someone.

One actionable thing is probably to warn speakers in the speaker manual of the default position of slides and cam in the composite stream. Any objections if I add this to the speaker manual?

I think we can just have the presentation to be on top of the camera (not vice-versa)

It's probably also possible to not have them overlap at all by cropping the camera feed since it doesn't need to be 16:9 to show a person standing in a room
