We have a working box, but had to remove some pieces to have it ready in time. Here's what else we want to have:

• Loop-out from the radxa, so we can show something while there's no signal
• audio from the HDMI device in the audio mixer, so we can have the presenter's audio, finally
• aes67 transport of audio between the boxes, to get rid of one long xlr cable
• capture of backup audio from the mixer, so the loss of the camera won't be a problem
• better fan control
• enable the USB3 pass-through with a bit of security

aes67 transport is nice, but I also think we need to look into replacing/patching/upgrading voctomix, and if we do that in a way that allows the restreamer to support syncing incoming streams, we could get rid of the XLR without implementing low-latency audio

I'm saying this because I think that syncing streams is a lot less technically-demanding than properly doing low-latency network audio
