publish package to npm

It looks like mapbox/shp-write is unmaintained and this may be the best-maintained fork.
I wonder whether it would be possible to publish it via npm, so browser-ready versions of the code can be fetched via unpkg?

For anyone else who needs the browser file and doesn't know anything about node:

• install browserify https://browserify.org
• fetch and unpack the Esri/shp-write release tarball
• cd into it and run npm install
• shpwrite.js is the output
