In commit e4ab5dc, a new segment robot_policy_state was added to adapt to the new RL version, making it incompatible with the old version—which is the default firmware in products currently on the market. I believe that at the very least, compatibility should be preserved through macro definitions or a new branch, along with documentation to prevent any misunderstanding.
