Welcome to the support guidelines

If you have any questions, issues, or feedback regarding the [project] you're in the right place! Please take a moment to review the guidelines below before proceeding:

Before Opening an Issue

  1. Search for Existing Issues: Before you create a new issue, please search through existing issues to see if your concern has already been addressed or if there is an ongoing discussion related to it.

  3. Try to Reproduce the Issue: If you're experiencing a problem, try to reproduce it in a clean environment. This will help us understand the issue better and provide a quicker resolution.

Opening an Issue

If you couldn't find an answer to your question or if you encountered a bug, please open a new issue using the appropriate template:

  • Bug Report: Use the bug report template if you've encountered an issue with a functionality.
  • Feature Request: Use the feature request template if you have a suggestion for a new feature or enhancement.
  • Question or Support Request: Use this template if you have a general question about the [project] or need assistance with using it.

Guidelines for Issue Creation

When creating an issue, please provide as much relevant information as possible, including:

  • [project] Version: Specify the version of the [project] you're using.
  • Environment: Describe your development environment, including operating system, programming language version, etc.
  • Steps to Reproduce: If reporting a bug, provide clear steps to reproduce the issue.
