[V1.3.3] CraftBot is mistakenly believes scheduled tasks are complete when beginning execution

What happened:

• CraftBot will execute a started task
• CraftBot will then immediately claim the task has been completed, despite just being executed

What I expected:

• CraftBot first notifies me the scheduled task has been started, then once the task has been complete, notifies that the task has been complete

Steps to reproduce:

1. Schedule a task with CraftBot (ex. "send an email about the weather in 5 minutes"
