Card out of order coloring bug

Place a card in the wrong order. If a red-marked card is next to the next card to leave the screen, that red card will remain red even though it should return to normal since the order is now correct.

I played the Frankfurter card into the wrong spot and it turned the Clayton Anittrust card red. Shouldn't the Frankfurter card turned red since it was in the wrong spot?
Seems like this might be related to this issue.
