Transition to use sensorhub-driver-meshtastic

• remove 'sensorhub-android-driver'
• import 'sensors/others/sensorhub-driver-meshtastic' and 'comm/sensorhub-comm-jscc'under the osh-addons in the repos list in the projects settings.gradle
• add api project(':sensorhub-driver-meshtastic') and api project(':sensorhub-comm-jscc') to sensorhub-android-lib build.gradle
• in MainActivty import the correct MeshtasticConfig and setup the correct ble comm provider
