typo in chapter 11, lotto.py ?

Question. As I'm doing the examples for chapter 11, I noticed that lotto.py has a Lookup Error which reads:

LookupError('pick from empty BingoCage')

Is this a typo?
should it be: 'pick from empty LotteryBlower' ?
